Yes, but it's still copyrighted, and you need written rights to use them for deviations, because deviations have instant copyright attached to it, so yeah, that's just wrong. 8)

Copyrighted or not, done this thing before and someone reported it, but DA did nothing to remove it, so I guess it's ok ^^ Besides, if it gets too ugly, I can just trace that picture and colour it to be identically the same.
