Here's how I see it:

1. Goku (Strongest out of all of them)
2. Ben (Alien X is only Universal+ imo)
3. Sonic (Super Sonic isn't Universal imo, given how more consistent feats are around large planet level for Super Sonic)

But with Composites:
1. Goku (Xeno Goku is around High Multiversal+-Complex Multiversal)
2. Either Ben or Sonic (Depends on how you view the capabilities of both, and I'm torn on what I believe)
3. Either Ben or Sonic (read above)

Super Sonic has like one Large Planet feat so I don't really see how it's more consistent.

That said I still think Sonic doesn't win but I think he can at least beat Ben since Super Sonic is stronger than Alien X.

Well, he only gets Universal in very specific situations, but even then, his Universal stuff is kinda iffy imo.

Very specific?

He defeated Time Eater, who destroyed the space-time continuum.
He defeated the Heavy King, who created the Egg Reverie and was powered by the Phantom Ruby that made Null Space.
He helped beat Solaris, who destroyed the universe by waking up and was going to collapse all of time and all dimensions into nothing.
He helped beat Egg Wizard, who was powered by the Power of the Stars that sustains the existence of two universes.

Idk that seems more consistent than.
One Large Planet feat

Not really.
He's been Super Sonic in all of those instances.
And nothing really says Super Sonic was buffed beyond it's normal capabilities.
