From what I've seen, he really doesn't cause much chaos.My brother Nintendonitis asked me to draw this in particular. I also drew it due to an overwhelming amount of requests to draw more South Park characters. Honestly, I think my style doesn't really work with these guys. >~< I mean, everything I draw has crazy thick outlines. That show uses NO outlines. Whatever.
Anyway, I can't help but always feel bad for this guy. I mean, he always seems to get dragged into the worst situations. But his super hero persona is terrifying looking with stupid hair, so I guess I can't feel too bad for him.

I'm glad you liked it! I had no idea you were a fan, heh. >w< Yeah, Nintendonitis specifically wanted me to include the creepy anime version of him in the picture cuz he thinks it's hilarious.
While trying to get references, though, I had to sort through a bunch of Professor Chaos with a throwing star in his eye.
