Description Alan Scott was a wealthy businessman on Earth 2 when the Starheart crash-landed. He quickly claimed salvage rights and took the starborn windfall to his building. Being a shrewd businessman Alan restricted access to it.

One night, he was examining the Starheart and a piece detached and joined with Scott. It became a conduit between the two, allowing Scott to tap into the power of the Starheart. Then, suddenly, the Starheart disappeared. Through their conduit, Alan saw that it had jumped dimensions to "Earth 1". There, it had also been found by Alan Scott.

Scott of Earth 2 used his conduit to jump dimensions and follow the Starheart. There he encountered Alan Scott of Earth 1 and murdered him. As he finished the deed, in walked in Alan 1's intern Wally West. Scott 2 turned and obliterated him as well.

Having the ability to traverse both dimensions, Alan Scott assumed his Earth 1 identity as well. On Earth 2 he formed the Champions Society. He had done so after going to Apokolips. He formed a pack with Darkseid to send the dark lord to another dimension to spread the Anti-Life Equation. In turn, Darkseid would give him this dimension. As part of the pact Scott would take agents of Darkseid to Earth to act as heroes. Then they would turn on the world, allowing Darkseid to conquer it.

The Champion Society consisted of Darkseid's son, Orion known as Ultraman. The head Fury, Barda known as Power Girl. Fernus the Burning, an exile from Mars. A being that eminated from the Speed Force known as Savitar. The Queen of the Seven Seas, Mera who took the moniker Lady Barracuda. Owlman and Batwoman from Gotham City, Thomas Wayne Jr. and Barbara Gordon respectively. The Avatar of the Seven Thunders: Black Andromeda. Lastly Scott took the name Sentinel. The ruse worked. When time came to confront Apokolips, the Champions turned on their Earth, conquering it.

There was a problem. They needed a conduit from Earth 1 to travel there from Earth 2. Scott wasn't going to give up his life for Darkseid, so instead he went in search of someone who would be the apt sacrifice. His first target, Jason Hart, was kidnapped from Earth 1 and brought to Earth 2 to open the gate.Hart was saved by a reoccurring protagonist nicknamed "The Blur" in the papers.
Scott recently found another suitable candidate in Courtney Whitmore. She was kidnapped as well and saved by Red X and Shazam (both part of the growing community of heroes standing against the CSA).

Scott now needs to find Whitmore as she is also able to travel dimensions autonomously. People who are brought from E1 are found to be immune to the corrupting effects of the Anti-Life Equation. They in turn inspire people to hope again breaking the effect of the Anti-Life Equation. Whitmore was last seen bringing over a group of people from E1. Scott must stop her from destroying his power base or ultimately Darkseid will destroy him.

I can't believe it. I read the whole thing. I am exciting for this. Alan Scott the Sentinel is like Cable/Adult Kitty Pryde who is time traveller in Day Future Past era. I cant wait for this. So, I save this one for my liking.
