Origin: Cold War politics meets 21st century technology. Russia's supreme soldier program was started the day after Kennedy was assassinated. The Russians feared reprisal and wanted to have an army prepared to fight. Lenin was graded in the top 1% of all the candidates. After completing the process, he was outfitted with a cybernetic eye with a miniature freeze ray. He became the Russian symbol in their propaganda war against the west. Then the wall fell and heroes...even Russian heroes need to eat. Lenin was approached by the Enigma to join a consortium, he agreed.
