November's Sailor Scout pinup is Pluto!
She is the daughter of Chronos and guardian of time. That's why she is perched atop an hourglass. Also why she's wearing a fez! Obviously she's a time lord. She wears a fez now. Fezzes are cool. XP
Inspiration for her features come from Indian actress, Aishwarya Rai. That's why she's so. damn. hot. I really wanted one of my scouts to be of Indian heritage since I am as well. I absolutely love her hair and especially her big sad eyes. Pluto is a bit sad and lonely.
