Finally! It's taken me since June 26th, but it's finally done! Another gigantous drawing done by me. xD I actually finished it on the 15th, but I was waiting to show my friend, cuz he's normally the first to see all my digital works. But he hasn't been on AIM much, so I decided to quit waiting and submit it. xD Anyway, what inspired me to draw this huge pic was the song "Gravedigger," by Dave Matthews Band. I love that song. <3 My friend gave that song to me a few months ago. Anywho, then, in the end of June, I wanted to make something special for his birthday, which was the the first of July, so I asked him what he'd like me to draw. This was originally a back up pic incase he didn't know what he wanted, but I loved the idea soo much, I decided to do it myself. xD I think this took about 36 hours or more of work, over the period of 2-3 months. I think I can call this my best piece ever! ^^ I super proud of it. Also, I think this was the biggest pic I've ever done, because this was 3 times as large as you see it when I was working on it for all of zee details. I'll probably upload the bigger version on photobucket later for you guys, so you can see all the lost detail, and mistakes. xD; But anyway, 'tis my cute lil Umbrae sittin' in the rain. <333 I'll post the song lyrics later, cuz right now I wanna get in bed for school tomorrow. Hope you guys like it!Art and Umbrae are (c) to ME. You'd better not steal, or it'll piss Umbrae off, and you don't want that. *evil laughter*

I can totally agree with you on this one. Definitely one of your best pieces!! The texture almost looks like it was done traditionally but this is a digital piece right?
I must say, you have the coolest designs for your dragon characters. I espically love the chain that's dangling from his right wing and the rings around the other wing. Very very cool design. His hair looks SO realistic! And I love how he has that adorable like beard. |DD;

They're so tiny and there's SO many of them, that must have taken FOREVER.

Hehe, I'm glad you like this so much. I love that song too. xD Yup, all digital, per usual. 'Tis my favorite media. There is an undo button. xD Oh, how I wish undo buttons existed at times for traditional pieces. lol. I absolutely loved doing the hair. It's one of my favorite things to draw. ^^ Well, I kinda did the grass by hand. I cheated though. xD; I started by making a plot of hand drawn grass, then, once I got a lot of grass, I just started to copy chunks and pasted them close to each other, then putting in extra blades by hand to make it look real. xD *lazycough* But hey, it worked. xD Thanks for the fav as well Bo.

lol, I know what you mean, those erasers I not good enough. I agree, hair is so much fun to draw, probably because it's hard to get wrong right?
Ohhhhh! I see, very tricky, that's such a great idea though, I never think of the copy button in situations like that.
