Theres not enough of those Cartoon artists around here. We are being invaded by manga fan art (I don't say I don't like mangas, I love them...but theres too much of them) and wolves fanatics who can't think about anything else than WOLVES. WOLVES WOLVES WOLVES WOLVES!!!!!!

How do you get your gel pen to stay white? Mine dry slightly translucent :[

I've found that "elmers painters" are the best- here's a pic:

I think they come in fine tip and regular. (similar to sharpie sizes)

If you're working on paper, I've found that oil based paint pens fade like you are talking about...the paper just eats it up.

Also, the elmers paint pen go over just about everything, but I made the mistake of going over ballpoint pen... and it bled into the white paint tip Hope this helps!

Thanks muchly! I'll have to look into a place where I can get these. Also thanks for mentioning that ballpoint bleeds into it, I do pretty much all of my sketch work in ballpoint :<
