[link] I took the tutorial by ~Kerlyyy And translated it so people who have Photoshop can make feathers =3 Full credit goes to ~Kerlyyy for coming up with the method.

Uh.. yeah, if you find anything else that makes the feathers look kool, let me know, I'll add it in and credit you.

The keyborad shortcuts I give are valid for Windows, whether or not they work for Mac is another story, Mac users, let me know if these work or if I need to give the Mac default shortcuts.
