Description I tried out a series of Water-coloring techniques back in January... but only just now got around to scanning them.

This technique is pretty simple, as long as you have Easter grass lying around handy (hey, Easter is coming up pretty quick-- save some of the grass ^^). All you have to do is lay a wash of watercolor down and then spread the grass over it and let it dry for a few hours. Then, gently pull the grass up and you have this pretty pattern!

(Though i haven't done this yet, i was thinking about trying out using leaves or grass, now that spring is finally here. I'd encourage you guys to try that out as well!)

Oooh, this is gorgeous. :3 Admittedly I had to look up what on earth Easter Grass was - we don't really do it in the UK xD I really like the colours you used - quite autumn-y, which is funny given that you used easter stuff. x3

Yeah, that's a good point. Easter colors are like... pink and white and yellow. I guess i associate the orange with the orange jellybeans i usually get lol
