Here we go again fellas
Sheo is a medicine/vaccine researcher aboard the Alteon, the lair of the infamous Neonblack. She's an excellent mediator and has helped resolve many petty squabbles between XCEED members and employees, either using the threat of her shoe as a weapon or her gentle yet stern way of speaking. Her powers let her alter peoples perception of time movement as she pleases, speeding up or slowing down any living thing. This does not affect real time, and she cannot stop objects that are not sentient. She has a beautiful butch girlfriend named Soren who is also an Alaid and they have fun sliding down freshly waxed hallways in socks.
