Hirasawa Yui"K-On!"
All done in Photoshop. Using the Pen Tool (by the way did everything with the mouse, because the tablet does not have
) and using Paint Bucket, and Gradient! eyes decided to slightly blur that is not so sharply looked

in Photoshop is the Pen Tool, making points of reference and guiding them to a vector in the right direction by creating a line of correct form, and then encircled!
