lol. I try to explain in the next strip that vegeta's actually had a hand in remodeling some of capsule corp's ships after the ones they've flown in the past... but yes, that's pretty much in character for her, I'd agree! xD

Hmm, maybe part of my confusion comes from the fact that I've never seen any of the more standard human flight controls (yokes come to mind) on DBZ's alien ships. Most of them seem to be flown by keyboard commands or something. Oh well. XD
Hey, by the way. I know others have said this before, but I like the personality you gave Radditz in this series. It almost makes him like Goku, in some ways. Kind of laid back, and a prankster. Guess he was just in a foul mood when he first came to Earth.
There's something I've been wondering about, though. Do people age when they're dead in your interpretation of DBZ? Radditz seems like he's still thirty-something, while everyone who used to be younger than him is now way older.

Thank you! I'm usually not one for changing a person's entire personality with no reason, so I hope to justify everything from how he was in the canon episodes to how he is now ^_^
Yes, everybody's aged a lot since the end of the series. Raditz hasn't, just like Goku didn't when he came back in the Buu saga ( I found this super handy reference with the ages [link] , which takes into account death, time travel, and the hyperbolic time chamber!)

Oh, that's quite interesting!
I have to say, I never actually saw the hyperbolic time chamber as a factor where age is concerned, since Gohan never seemed to grow any taller while he was inside. I assumed that through some weird magical process it just bought you more time, while your body literally only aged one more day as it would in the outside world.
Other than that, it's nice.
Yeah, I am very curious to see where you're taking this Raditz. Looking forward to seeing more. ^^

Maybe it was filler or maybe I'm remembering it wrong, but it seemed like they did Gohan's birthday because he'd grown a year older in there. But yeah, it's kind of a creepy concept, y'know? losing an entire year of your youth >.>
