Well, I drew this with huge boobs because he said that he didn't like huge boobs. You sorta need a pic where big boobs feel unnatural for me to actually answer that question.

You don't draw anything unnatural, they always just seem in the DD range, and being a TG artist, I ask you. TG artists always draw them with huge boobs and they're really not that comfortable and I think if the artists were actually TG, they'd appreciate the beauty of small breasts more.
