Description Cover to a comic I'm working on featuring the "Damnit's", I promise this started off cute but my hands won't co-operate.

Since I only have access to my drawing tools three days a week and my muse likes to up and wander off without notice from time to time updates will be unpredictable but I'm aiming for about a page every two weeks.

Oh my! Oh goodness, OH WOW!!!
My little girl is all grown up!! Or at least older than I've ever drawn her. How old would you say they are here? They seem to be about the same age. And they look so cute together!!! And I love the swirly, creative background! Iz so pwetty~  

I'm really curious to know what's going on in this picture! Irrilia looks so worried, and her cousin seems very serious about something...   And that ribbon in the colors of their fathers bandanas (your Damnit was the child of Donatello, right?). GHAAA!!! I wanna know!

I'm so flattered by your kind words and that you want to borrow Irrilia for this comic. Just keep me posted on what you want to do with her, so that I can give you inside info about her personality and such. (Though I haven't figured out a whole lot about her yet... )

I'm so happy you like it, I'm not too good at drawing tots. To be honest this really started off cute but as I said my hands refused, seems they only want to do angst and terrible stuff at the moment.

To answer your questions:
-They're between 8 and 12 here
-Based on my current background story for 'Damnit' he is older by a few months.
-Technically you could call Don the father, especially since he adopted 'Damnit' but there isn't really another parent involved if you know what I mean.

Now for a question of my own, later on there is going to be a conflict, I imagine Irrilia using an exotic weapon like a ringblade or two smaller variants. Is there anything you'd prefer her with?

Hmm... The only weapon I've been considering giving her is a Tinbe Rochin, which is an obscure Okinawan weapon system/combination consisting of a small spear (or sword) and a shield (traditionally made from a turtle shell).
But a ring blade sounds really cool though...
