He is the type to show that earth ponies can be as special and as powerful as the other two. He has even tried, and failed of course, to show off to Celestia. He sees everyone as one pony versus him. After the battle with Celestia, he lost his back hooves and made himself his new legs, even though he had learned to walk on his two front ones. His cutiemark shows a rainbow of drips, a reminder of his colorful personality and his business of his make up, which he sells everywhere.
