Never, she always stick to certain principle of martial arts, and one of that is to have perfect control of your own body. 
she only hit any one with full strength, whenever she have  to or want to.

In following Irin as you have always depicted her, I assume she, as a true martial arts champion/'mistress' would trained both to restrain her full physical strength and to possess the mental strength so to remove any need to use it except in a genuinely life threatening situation... My understanding is that she would not even go so far as to lose control even then. She would not in a competitive bout... let alone fighting a nitwit like this bozo and his ridiculous entourage...
