Here's the first part of my hybrid entry for ! It was a bad decision on my part starting the M0 so close to the due date AND doing a hybrid entry consisting of a digital painting and writing....Yeah, good call, Frosty. Anyways, I hope you like it! Pray that I can get the last part in soon ^^"

"Protect as much as you can! We're counting on you! Paint it pink out there, Advents!" Star Guide Canopus cheers, finishing his address to the Adventurers. Gordon, a young, lanky Bagon, turns to the four Pokemon he's sharing a wagon with: Felicity the Slowpoke Merchant (brought along because Gordon said the wagon needed someone with fingers), sitting protectively on top of a box of goods, eyeing the others with a cool indifference; Fell, one of the two civilian siblings tagging along in the wagon, lays near the back of the wagon next to Felicity's boxes and snores softly as he catches a few winks of sleep; Kamilla, unlike her brother, stands alertly near the edge of the wagon, keeping an eye out for....Something. Gordon didn't really know what. Maybe that boyfriend of her's he's heard about... "Looking for Soran?" Gordon teases the Eevee.
"Huh?" Kamilla jumps a little, startled by the Bagon's naturally loud voice, "Uh..Y-Yeah!" She admits, blushing slightly. "Stop teasin' 'er now, Gordon." Felicity chuckles, a small grin on her face. Kamilla lowers her ears at the sight of the water-type, struggling to keep her composure. It had taken a lot of convincing on Fell's part to get her onto the wagon with the water-types in the first place, and she was determined to get through this wagon ride without giving into her hydrophobia. Gordon pats Kamilla on the back and gives her a toothy, but reassuring smile.
The wagon goes over a rock in the road, shaking the vehicle and it's passengers. Gordon hears a small, hardly audible groan in the far corner of the caravan and chuckles, "You okay there, Stumpy?" He asks his partner. The Slowpoke grips the side of the box he's laying on, his face turning a sickly shade of green, "This trip blows." He moans. "How come Fell isn't fazed by this?" He glares at the sleeping Poochyena on the other side of the wagon.
"Maybe 'cause Fell ain't a wimp?" Felicity teases with a cocky grin, "Buck up, Stumpy! Ya'lls got Raiders ta fight!" Stumpy pouts at her comment and focuses on not getting sick. He grasps onto the box with his nubby hands as sweat runs down the side of his head. It wasn't just the trip that made him sick, but the unnerving prospect of facing off Raiders... Gordon nods, interrupting his teammate's thoughts, and looks at Stumpy with his big, toothy grin, "Yeah! With all of us working together, those stinkin' Raiders don't have a chance!" He bellows.
While Gordon does his little pep speech, Kamilla spots a streak of pink and brown amidst the chaos outside. She runs over to her sleeping brother and nudges him, whispering in his ear. Gordon only manages to pick up the word "Kasey" before Fell wakes up and darts to the edge of the wagon, "Sorry, guys." The Poochyena says, "We've gotta go..Uh...Look for a friend!" He fumbles around for an excuse before jumping out of the wagon and joining a small group of civilians running off somewhere. Kamilla follows her brother, pausing for a second to say a rushed "Bye" before running after her brother.
"I hope they find their friend soon." Gordon says, his voice edged with concern, "It's pretty dangerous out there..." Felicity nods, then frowns as she observes the fray outside. "Hope none of them Raiders get in here..." She sighs, then looks at Stumpy and Gordon and flashes a grin, "Wouldn't want to pulverize'm too hard." Gordon nods, "That's the spirit, Felicity!"
Suddenly, the wagon comes to a halt, knocking Team Silversmith on the floor while Felicity keeps her balance. "What was THAT?" Stumpy asks, tensing up. "Whate'r it is, it's in fer a surprise." Felicity growls, getting off of her box and standing with Team Silversmith.
