I use Photoshop CS3 and a Wacom Bamboo Pen Tablet CTH-460 ^^Β

This is beautiful. The coloured lines put me in mind of those rainbow lights you can get, where they cycle through all those different colours. The picture has a wonderful sense of movement too

I drew a bunch of color blobs on one layer, made another layer and colored it black, and used the eraser on like 3 pixels to essentially etch away at the black ^^
