Overall
Vision
Originality
Technique
Impact
I want to start this in reverse, talking about impact. From the second I came across this work, it grabbed me. People tend to learn best through narrative, and, whether you intended it or not, your work has narrative written all over it. The empty theater has a past, it has a history, and you're letting the viewer in on that past through the worn walls, tattered ceiling, rubble-filled stage. And of course the lone chair sitting on its own.
I see a lot of work on this site, and, well, everywhere else too. It's hard to stand out both in technique and originality. But you've managed to capture a stand alone composition that is complex and engaging, and you do it through texture, lighting, and composition. It's hard to find much to complain about in this one. Your texture is fantastic.
I think if you would have added much more to this, it would have ruined the shot you have. At first I thought it was almost too full, but the more I look at it, the more I'm glad you had the single chair in the foreground. Without that, you'd have just an ok work. But with it adds so much originality and story. You see so many people just shoot stuff without thinking, I'm glad you found this gem.
Vision-wise, you again knew what to show and how to show it. I especially like the light from the doorways. That truly sells it in the end. (as odd as that might sound) It brings the piece together. And again, you created a great narrative to tell the story of the place and time. Fantastic work.

Oh, no problem! Every once and in while I see something I like that I just have to say something. You do quality work. Keep it up!

This is better, on most levels,
than the vast majority of DA's
"daily deviations"....

This is perfection. I actually said "fuck me" out loud when I saw this. There's nothing I can really say that wasn't mentioned in the critique by LouisFriedman, but just...fuck. This is so beautiful - the colours and textures and composition, everything.

It's quite a beaut, you said it's an abandoned theater in Europe? It's frighteningly enthralling that I must say! If you remember in any case could you let me know from what country it originated from? I'd love to know for that I had someone direct me to this as in relation of a character of mine with a scene I had imagined to be quite like this!Β

Ah seems quite rude of me; It took a while to respond but more so for a game. Long story short Pixel RPG. For me it is more story and scenery based and this is one that works quite well for what I had imagined for one of my stories. Also thank you for letting me know! Feel free to ask more if you want/need too. (Also it's not that I'm gonna use the picture, although it is gorgeous, it'll help as a point of reference!) Hope I wasn't too annoying! Β Β
