Description
“Azula means demon. But it also means blue. I’m not a fan of my name. But I cherish it for I know that a name can mean a thousand things, you just have to believe in that.”
“What is it? Do you wish to know who I am? Well, my past was not the best... but I can still share.”
“Be aware, that this is my story. Are you sure you wish to hear it?”
…
“Alright then. If that’s what you want I won’t stop you, but you can always go back. Well… here I go.”

Twelve moons ago, a litter of kits were born to a white she-cat. Her name was Ying. The father of the litter was a dark brown tom with some light stripes. Weird, right? Anyways… Both of the parents were very happy that their kits were born. Although some had weird pelt colors, they didn’t care for they loved them.
One small kit though, was an outcast. Ying encouraged the kit to stay with the litter, but the kit didn’t listen. “Stay with your siblings. Who knows, you might like them.” Ying purred as she licked the grey pelt of the kit. “But mama! I don’t want to stay with them!” The poor she-kit struggled to break free from her mother’s licks, but failed.
Hours, days, months past after the litter’s birth. Some earned curiosity, and as you know “curiosity killed the cat.” This devastated Ying , and she did not wish for this to happen again. The father, Aster , was killed during a fight. He was trying to protect his… family , but got injured in the process. So much blood made Ying panic, so she fled with her kits to the forest.
The forest was full of trees. And animals. And annoying birds who wake you up when sleeping. Anyways… the kits didn’t seem to appreciate it that her mother took away the thing they loved most: street lights.
But one kit got accustomed to the outdoors pretty quickly. “Azula, how can you like this? There are no street lights!” “Or cat fights! Everything’s too peaceful!” Her brothers meowed in disgust. “Well, maybe if you all stopped being such annoying brats you would find this peaceful. Oh, wait… you two are already little bitches who want to annoy the fuck out of me..”
One of the brothers, Caz , slashed at her neck. She quickly dodged and jumped on him. She pinned her brother, wishing to bite his ear off. “Azula! Azula, that’s enough! Leave your brother alone!” Ying yelled, she ran and pushed the young grey kit off Caz. The white male kit smirked as Ying carried him away from the she-kit.
“I hate them so much…” She growled to herself. Azula ran off, into a deeper part of the forest, not too far though. Who would want to get lost in such a big forest?
“Finally. Peace and quiet… and no annoying brothers.” She purred as she layed down in the soft green grass.
