This is pretty good, just some anatomy stuff, I love how you do the hair!!!! So fluffy and I like how you did the skirt!!! I have a hard time doing skirts and getting it so it falls down right from the hips.
I know how you don't like getting critiques because you critique yourself but I can help a little bit with the anatomy you got off if you want it.

XD alright, i'll start with the face
The eyes and the face proportions are good! Only thing I would say about the features is maybe you could work on the nose a bit more, make it stick out a bit more kinda. And for the jawline and all that, it's a bit forward which slightly throws the head off a bit and all, moving it slightly back would make it look much better.
For the torso, you could have made it a bit longer, two heads including neck, I kinda did a proportion torso check and its smaller than two heads which is why your arm proportions are kinda off. If you were to do full two head torso your arm proportions would have been spot on but your upper arm is too long. The elbow meets the waist area. Your boobs are off also (this is kinda weird for me to talk about so just bear with me XD) You made the closer one bigger and hang down more than the other one. There is this part when draw the torso for females where the boobs just hang down and its kinda light a line you draw. Also, the closer boob is too unified with the other one and doesn't look like a separate mass because each boob hangs down and tends to go opposite each other. And you have to think about gravity also. So in your pic you don't have that you kind of having them going in on in one direction when it shouldn't do that.
And also, the torso area, that little line from the close arm that is the back, it just looks off, like I can't think of a fix for it but I think the cause of it looking weird is because the torso prop problems because when you have that view you kinda have a dent in for the waist and then it goes back out for the hip curve.
For the hands you could have made them bigger your hand is the size of the face.
That's all I really have, if some of it is part of your style i'm sorry, I am just thinking in a semi-realism sort of way XD
