aww thank you!! I just used the crayon and marker tools in easypainttoolsai. they're pretty fun to play around with sometimes ^u^

He utilizado el programa de arte EasyPaintToolSai y no photoshop y que en su mayoría utilizan la herramienta de lápiz de color si se habla de las porciones texturadas de gato. Si estamos hablando de los puntos en el fondo eso es sólo la herramienta marcador, también en easypainttoolsai.
Si quieres conseguir el mismo efecto en photoshop, es probable que pueda meterse con sus diferentes tipos de pinceles y texturas o encontrar algunos en Internet y ajustarlos en photoshop. Espero que esto ayude un poco. ; u;

(yo no hablo español, pero exactamente pongo este programa a través de traductor Google así que espero que algo puede entender esto )

I used the art program EasyPaintToolSai and not photoshop and I mostly used the crayon tool if you're talking about the textured portions on jack. If you're talking about the dots in the background that's just the marker tool, also in easypainttoolsai.
If you want to achieve the same effect in photoshop, you can probably mess with their different types of brushes and textures or find some on the internet and adjust them in photoshop. I hope that helps a bit. ;u;
