It's already uploaded, however, copyright dispute is still in progress, should be resolved in a few days.
It's probably the same for other reactors.
The thing is, the MLP episodes get automatically detected and blocked, the uploader then has to manually dispute the claim and wait for Hasbro to unblock the video. This usually takes a few days and results in Hasbro monetizing the video, though sometimes they refuse and the video remains blocked. In such instances one has to reupload the video which slows the process down considerably. Some reactors screw with the episode video in such cases to circumvent auto detection (see RarityDash's Spring Breakdown reaction for example).
