Ever since I wrote Crossover Forces, lots of people have been asking when Cyber Catra (who is now Kitra) will be coming back. I can say with certainty that she'll return pretty soon. But for now, there's one interesting detail for Venomous Syndicate that I wanted to acknowledge.

Before Crossover Forces and before "Let's Get Shadowy," Shadowy Figure actually made contact with Cyber Catra thanks to his deals with Black Hat. It was thanks to him that she had a glorb refinery within her dreadnought pumping out artificial glorbs to fuel her army and give herself an edge in combat. We actually see what that refinery in-person in Crossover Forces before it was destroyed by Tulip Olsen and Dementia. But by then, it was no longer necessary since the Ruby Heart from Pure Heart was in Catra's possession.

For this drawing, I wanted to go with a cartoon-accurate look like I've been doing recently. And the one thing I was concerned about was Shadowy not quite looking right next to Catra. Thankfully, he's got so many angles and so many style-swaps in OK KO that it actually fit in perfectly!
