Why did they change the amount of wyngro you can make free? you used to be able to make 2 ;^;

I can't exactly be certain as to why it was changed from 5 to two as I wasn't staff at the time that it was originally being planned out (only became staff shortly before the announcement of it). From my own understanding, it was to limit stress on the approvers by knocking them down to a limit of 2 wyngrew for free.
