so first of all i forgot how much i hate spriting. it is just not my medium for sure.next i've still just not gotten the knack for it yet. i mean it's been a while but idk mine still look clunky and too dark. definitely don't have the masterful skills that some others have.
finally after all that i'm pretty pleased with this haha i like how it turned out, but it's pretty hard to mess up art of this cutie pie! <3
i'm not going to go back and work on this more, but if anyone wants to fiddle with it to correct it, or has some obvious tips for me, i'd like to hear them/see it!

this looks pretty good! the only thing i would change is the brown shading. maybe a red and darker brown would be better and the same goes for the yellow shading but thats just me .3.

I think it looks pretty good as-is. Has a bit too many colors for an official sprite (16 max) and looks just slightly wonky when flipped (the way it would face if you were battling one), but I like it.

ooooh yeah i forgot you tend to make them facing the left. it's been ages since i made a sprite haha X)
and yeah i wasn't particularly going to game worthy, but that's true about the color maximum. hmm maybe i could go back and use less colors.
