I see bird repeats.
And they're all blurred in the same exact direction even though they have different trajectories.

because i suck ass at photoshop lol. i know i suck ass, i know those birds don't look right. i don't need a reminder, i'd love some tips though. i can't find a tutorial on how to do it. orz

Sure ^^
Make sure each bird is on its own layer
One by one, go into Effects > Blur > Motion Blur
Check the Preview box, this will display a live preview of your blurring.
By changing the direction of the blur and the amount, your goal is to line the blur up with the body of the bird.
Each bird is going a slightly different direction, so every blur should be a little bit different too.
