Early morning practice doesn't agree with poor Octavia.A fun but challenging piece. I wanted to do something a little different than the usual 'playing cello' pose. It was quite tough to build in such a way that the pose looked natural while being able to take it apart so i could paint the cello separately.

That second to last one really shows a cool pose. I used to see people leaning on their bases every day in orchestra. True, it was more from the side, but okay.
In general, it's a pretty bad idea if you don't have an endpin stop. I've seen people practically throw their bases away.
