Hmm, well it is an ok picture, I would rate it 5/10 if I didn't know what Naruto is, but since I know and LOVE Naruto, I up it to 7/10. It's an ok picture, but I shouldn't be talking. x.x; I can't draw worth a pigs ass. Hehe.
