Spent about 2 hours on this piece using roughly 30 layers, thinking about it i think its only my second or third attemp at this type of art!Thanks go out to:

You did a great job on the manipulation. I love the idea of the beam of light going around the building and the reflection of it on the water is perfect.
The botton left manip is nice too

Thanks! The light was actually completely different in the first version, it was also pink, but it looked way too bright 
The bottom left wooden mooring post was actually there already (if that's what you were even on about..lol) I just copied it and placed a few effects on it so it stood out a little! Glad you noticed
