The original joke as shown above was about sports tape. I added her spouting more differences between universes, such as unfunny jokes for toddlers, and how absolutely Un-Sonic his otherself is.

At least for me, she's one of the characters who just wastes oxygen. As far as I know, still no real reason as to why they even know her. Just the producers telling people to fuck off for asking questions.
