who finally took my Vitals
after u all watched me having panic attacks
huddling around me w guns
telling me calm down

same w Walgreens
& Jewel Osco Pharmacy
who still has my insurance card..
and had to have 3 people explain to me that the system was down exactly after my Psych ordered my Bipolar1 & PTSD medication
that Walgreens admitted to canceling
on a 3way call with my Healthcare professional
as she heard me screaming take the fucking as needed anxiety pills off the menu then I'm gonna sue u cut the shit and send it to a different pharmacy
