She's good enough to not be on a bullpen floor and instead gets a fancy office on the floor where all the walls are semi-transparent glass instead of something cost-effective...like drywall. She may also have several pdfs from HR saved on her hard drive as proof that her clothing is exempt from dress code...and a couple hard copies. They just don't make dress pants or skirts for thighs like hers, ya know? Everything just tears when she walks.

Ah, fair enough I don't like high heels in general though. Comically most doorframes are only 6'8. Or at least standard ones are Ie like every classroom door in a school, doors in your house etc are all 6'8 I know I measured every door in my place at one point. People often think doorframes are like 8' high for some reason XD

Well, she's only like 5'6" with heels and ponytail included, so I'm pretty sure the door is mostly to scale.
I'm not really a heel guy too much either, but the outfit kinda calls for heels to pull the look together in this case.

I like to think she's not a psycho. People punching holes through walls and stuff is usually a huge red flag. It's only a matter of time until they escalate to people...and that's 100% not the kind of character Lilly is.

She's pretty tilt-proof. Well-paying job, a nearly perfect dream body (from her POV) aside from her height, and she's got good friends. Really the only thing that tilts her is mocking her height, but she's very aware of how strong she is. An outburst from her looks like attempted murder to a normal person, and no one likes having the cops called on you. She's got that "Black men more aggressive than they actually are" thing going on... but it's from her size. Plus, she's strong enough that she could legitimately stomp down and burst her foot open while blowing a tiny hole in the floor.
It's something that I can't really convey in a single drawing, but Lilly's like a super fat person, but with super strength. She trains a lot, so her joints don't hurt and can take the strain in her day-to-day, but she can't really run that well and she's always breathing heavy, even when just standing around. Physics will still come to kick her ass if she lets it rip and punches through a concrete wall without building up her bones and some callouses for that purpose. She can't use her full strength in ways that aren't similar to weight-lifting or she'll bust herself up.
