Ever since I first saw four slivers come out of a pack of Stronghold, I was set. I knew that if I ever played any creature in the game of Magic: The Gathering, it would be them. Their hivemind mentality and ability to give all slivers in play the ability as one makes them one of the deadliest creature types in the Magic universe.
This is a sliver I designed using Adobe Photoshop CS. I was sifting through all the sliver cards in my Sliver Nitemare deck (Vintage legal only) and I was thinking that if I could make one card to put in here that would make my opponent cry, it would have to be a sliver that was basically a Mirari.
Pair this up with Sliver Queen + Heartstone and you could get two sliver tokens for every one mana you spend on Queen's ability. While it isn't the *best* sliver ability out there, because that award goes to Gemhide Sliver, it certainly would be useful.

An interesting concept to be sure and a fantastic picture, although I would probably word it a little differently. Like so: All slivers have "(2)-tap: Whenever an ability of target sliver is activated this turn, if it isn't a mana ability, copy that ability. You may choose new targets for the copy."Β Β But that is just me, how you word it is up to you.

Wow, really cool sliver! Could I use it to illustrate a custom card of mine (of course, a Sliver one)? (I'm using my DA account to post my own custom MtG card designs.) Obviously, with the proper credits and a link to this page.

The problem I see with this card is that all slivers inherently have this ability just by being slivers. I guess this could reduce the cost of it, but I can't think of any sliver with an ability that costs 2T, and I own a copy of most of them.
I realize this is mostly about the art, which is amazing, very moody and a little creepy; I just wanted to comment on that,

Sliver abilities in which sacrifice is also part of the cost would benefit from this as you would get the extra affect without have to sacrifice an extra sliver. But since it also has to have a mana cost there are only 8 slivers for which this would work in such a way. Plus i guess it would also gowell with Sliver Overlord since his abilities both cost three mana and it doesn't share.

I used your picture in a sliver card i made. it has you listed as the artist and the same abilities that you mentioned in your pic. i figured that i would turn your pic into an actual card that you could proxy in if you did not have the software to make them. I hope you don't mind, I gave you credit for the art too. i think it is great.

Awesome! Hey I don't if you have ever heard of Wagic The Homebrew, but its a homebrew Magic The Gathering game for PSP. Its come along pretty far and has over 5000 playable cards! Right now we are working on re-creating cards using alternate art, frames, and mana symbols and stuff. I was wondering if we could use your image for a sliver card? You would of course be given credit!

I would word the ability as: All slivers have "[2],[Tap]:copy target activated ability from a sliver source." But I can just as easily use your wording. Whatever you want.
