highschool vibe, inspired by my latest wardrobe discovery00's were my highschool years, an era of goths, emo kids and kinder punks. I kinda miss those times. sometimes I think I'd like to go back to this clothing style but I'm too old I gueass and I don't want to draw much attention like when I was a highschooler

Honestly, I don't see any reason to hate on pastel and nu goths. Their fashion was inspired by mainstream fashion.

It's just I've considered myself a goth since I was 16 (in 2015), but more of a poser.
I considered myself a real goth in 2016 (well sort of, I do like goth music every now and then) and I still do since I know a lot about the subculture.

Honestly, I was starting out back in 2014 (I think If I Remember THAT Back.)
I researched a whole ton before jumping right in like most would when they start out. I'm not going to lie, but I did start out buying black jeans, black shirts because I didn't have my money yet. So, I had to ask my grandma buy me stuff and ask my family for anything black. It worked, now that my Gothic wardrobe is more expanded, I pretty much can dress in various forms. To be frank, I have A LOT OF CLOTHING. XD

I remember my times as being an emo kid back in high school. I longed to own a pair of trip pants in both plain black and black with red straps, but sadly never got to have a pair back then. I still do want to own a pair; they appear to be very comfy.
Also, I love this so much, just seeing this makes me want to rock this style again.

I felt so cool wearing this my hole school time, being the only one doing this. Then I went to a technical university and realiced, they all have nothing else in there wardrobes :/

Yup, class of '05 here. I was the only person in my whole high school who looked like this (this was right when Hot Topic first opened) and was the only one with those lovely $70 bondage pants HT sells/used to sell. Blue lipstick, the blackest eyeshadow I could find, mismatched striped arm warmers, leather chokers, uncomfortable biker boots I could barely walk in, I had all the accessories.
Thanks for the nostalgia - this took me right back to 11th grade.
