Fulltum 2023 Commission and YCH GuidelinesThank you for your interest in commissioning me! I would be happy to draw your OC or fave canon character. Please look over these details carefully!Agreeing to these terms by text is considered a legally binding "verbal agreement" under US law. Commissions agreed to before the publication of these terms are subject to the original terms that they were negotiated under.If you don't understand any of these rules, it is YOUR responsibility to ask me to explain them BEFORE you commission me.Sexual harassment (including talking about your irl stuffing/inflation/kink activities, telling me how horny the drawing makes you, telling me you're going to masturbate to something I draw, sending me pictures of yourself, and all other unwanted kink related advances that are not "traditionally" considered SH) is grounds for immediate cancellation of commission with no refund and blacklisting from any future commissioned work.I do not do business with minors. By entering into a business agreement with me, you are certifying that you are 18 years of age or older.I may refuse to do business with anyone at any time for any reason. A slot being open or commissions being open do not guarantee that I will take a commission from you. I retain the right of refusal. This is to protect my time because these commissions are already at below market rate.It is the responsibility of the customer to give me HEX CODES for the base colors that they want, ie skin, background, props, eye color, etc. if they gave something specific in mind. Commissioner may also provide an image to colorpick from. If an exact hex code is not given, I am not responsible for commissioner deciding that they didn't get the "right" colors.I will not change my style. The style of drawings on my deviantart is representative of the product you will receive and are available for you to view and consider before commissioning me. Examples of changing style include "making eyes more realistic", "making shading more blended", "making nose/eyes more anime like".For YCHs, I will not make significant changes to the shape or lines of the body. If more significant changes are requested, it will qualify as a commission as opposed to a YCH and be subject to commission rates.Usage:I retain the right to post or not post the finished art to any website. You may specifically request that it be a private commission, in which case I retain the right to post the finished artwork without disclosing your name, username, or any identifying information. Examples include twitter, tumblr, personal pages, carrd, etc.Size of Image: If you would like a specific resolution for the final image, let me know and I will accommodate it. Otherwise image quality gets lost!!Turnaround time:Max turnaround time for a first sketch or sket h revision is 7 days each, and max turnaround time for coloring after sketch is completed is 7 additional days unless otherwise specified.Refunds:You are paying for my skill and my time making you something. I offer refunds if the product ordered is more than one month overdue from the latest date I quoted you, but I do not give refunds on art because you paid for my time, I gave you my time and skill, and while money can be refunded, there’s no way for you to return the time and energy I gave you in exchange - so you’d walk away with money and you’d walk away with my unpaid time and labor for free. If I work 4 hours on a sketch and you decide that you don’t like it even though you approved the preview image, if I refund you, I just lost money because I could have been making art for a commissioner who was going to pay me for my time.
