Introducing...Jasmine the Mankey!
The shiny Rattata surprised me, but I don't think it was the first Pokemon in the area, so I didn't plan on catching it anyway. Cotton, on the other hand, seemed like she wanted it. And although Jasmine took that thing out w/ a scratch attack, I wanted to draw her punching something.

Pretty sure Shinys are exempt from the rule, you can justuse them as HM slaves if you think it's cheating

Very good so far, but you know, Mankey are actually quite helpful. I had one - Zen - and she was the only Pokemon to survive my Nuzlocke. (sniffle, her BFF and maybe a bit more, Alder the Charizard, lost his life to a Gyarados

I found a shiny Liepard, and since I murderlized the Gothita which appeared first in the area, I caught her. Didn't use her though.

This one time during a run through Pearl, I found a shiny blue Weezing in Stark Mountain.

My mini collection was up to three so time ago
I've got a shiny glaceon (giving as an eevee by Bill while I wasn't even trying and didn't even know about shiny) on pearl but the game completly went crazy and erased itself...
On Soulsilver, I found a zubat in a cave but I've got to sell the game because seriously, french pokemon game suck...
And in Black, I found a Liepard and I won't let her go!

In Soulsilver I caught a shiny Seaking in the Safari Zone...but Shiny Seakings are crap because I couldn't even tell it was shiny until it pinged.

Man...how is it that people find a shiny in most nuzlockes. I mean, I'm doing my first and my Blue Nuzlocke doesn't count, but I'm working on a Sapphire one and I have yet to find a shiny without resorting to cheats
By the way, Cotton is an awesome girl along with her Pokemon

Hm... I I've had three real shiny Pokemon.
The first one was a shiny Mawile in my Ruby version, and that was when I didn't know what shiny Pokemon were. <:3 And then I new gamed...
The next was a shiny Gulpin, and I loved him and called him Squats for some reason. He was transferred into my Diamond, but I new gamed again...
The final one that I will definitely try to keep is my shiny Butterfree that I found in my Heart Gold. :3 I found her early in the game too, just before I challenged the first Gym.

HeartGold's a great game to have a shiny in since they follow you around! I think my first shiny was a Slugma in Silver version, but it was gray and very disappointing.

I've been playing pokemon since it came out and I've only run into one shiny and it was a shiny rapidash in my pokemon black version whom I named Unishine XD

TT^TT I was doing a nuzlocke in SoulSilver and the first pokemon I see in a cave is a shiny Zubat... I almost caught it, my stupid cyndaquil killed it...

Haha, my friends can never seem to find shinies either. But for some reason, I come across a TON of shinies in my games, but never any super cool shinies. I think the best I ever got was a shiny Mightyena. I've never gotten Pokerus though...except from friends.
