A long overdue commission done for someone who would like to remain anonymous. We'll just call her Gwendolyn. Just a little bit of fluffy RoChu. Why is it that every Hetalia pairing I draw has the characters wearing scarves? (The China and Japan one I drew was NOT a pairing BTW.)I haven't submitted something in pencil for a long time. Hmm...

Thanks! I tend to stick to traditional medium because I can't afford photoshop and a good tablet, but you can get a lot of effects just drawing with pencil.
And the icon, I have never changed it since signing up on DA. XD
