Fumis are a closed species, meaning you may not make your own. Customs and MYO slots are currently closed.On-base fumi custom for owIishious ! The glowing parts actually just glow in general, not just under a blacklight as the title suggests, but it reminded me of that and I couldn't resist the name >w<

Notable features
- UNIQUE: Horn vapor sack. Nubs on forehead act as this fumi's vapor sack, they take the shape of horns and reveal more confetti markings when inflated (perhaps it can control the shape of the horns? up to the design owner)
- RESTRICTED: Multicolored, glowing aether. All body parts colored with the aether colors glow, including the confetti markings on the back and horns, and the pawpads
