When I saw detective pikachu the other day my sister asked me what I thought my partner pokemon would be (tbh I'm torn between vaporeon and togekiss) and it got me thinking about how a realistic togekiss might look. I've seen a lot of realistic togekiss takes by other people already which probably influenced my decision to make them more obviously avian, though IMO if it were to show in the films I'm pretty certain it wouldn't look quite like this.I like the idea of togekiss having a longer neck that it keeps curved close to the body at rest, hiding in the feathers and giving it's body a deceptively round appearance. I drew a sketch of it here a while back if it interests anyone!Β

It looks adorable!! I love this interpretation of it realistic! I also totally support the idea about it's neck, it makes sense but also the neck when is stretched it reminds me of it's pre-evolution Togetic! Very nice <3
