Well I did some years later outfits and fates for everyone now.
I will talk a bit about everyone, this more a if the killing game never existed.
(That's why I also mention characters from other games in a
what if Ultimate talent development plan was canon)
"Spoilers up to chapter 5 or something I guess, I won't include chapter 6 here"

Kokichi Oma
I already talked about his design a bit but I will repeat it.
He spurts a more serious look with his pony tail,
And is happy he is bigger than Keebo and Shuichi now,
but still angry he is smaller than Kaito, Rantaro etc.
Dice is still the same, except that they have a good information
network now, which he can use to threaten people,
or sell information to others.
That's why he mostly is a big impact in the fates of the others too.
He is still a lil shit, but he mostly thinks how he can use things to his
advantage and kinda helps the others with it.

Himiko Yumeno
Himiko grew as a Magician, so she spots a
more professional look with hat and wand now.
Thanks to Kokichi and Shuichi she found her
Master again and he is now kinda her Manager.
She is proud being a bit bigger now and maturer,
but she still wants to keep showing people
how important magic is.
(I also linked her design more to omas too,
but I explained it in the last picture, because I ship them.)

Tsumugi Shirogane
She upgraded from the Ultimate Cosplayer to
and Event Manager. Tsumugi now organises big
Anime events ( She also became friends with Yamada,
even though she still won't cosplay his fav characters)
Also her Outfit should help her, if she ever has to fix
a cosplay or assist someone with Merch.
I made some refs to stuff I like, so Pikachu,
P4 and P3 school logos, Kingdom hearts logo etc.

Rantaro Amami
I had a hard time to keep him as stylish as before.
He found thanks to Shuichi lots of his sisters already
and still travels a lot. (The most memorable being
Novoselic and Sonia, who showed him her castle)
He helps his classmates as much as he can
and mostly smiles more often than before.

Miu Iruma
She decided to work together with Prof. Idabashi,
Keebos "father" to help improv K1-B0.
She spots are more steampunky look now
and she still is as lewd as always,
but through the influences of the others,
in between her weird inventions, she did
some more usefull ones.
Mostly she is happy to always see Kiibos smile,
when she installed a new function on him,
even though she mostly brushes it off.

Tenko Chabashira
After her master died, Tenko took over the dojo
and thanks to Shuichi and Himiko, she
teaches now both men and women in the dojo.
She still has her dislike, but she understands,
not all men are degenerates, her master was proof.
So beside keeping an eye on Himiko and watching her
Magic shows, Tenko wants to spread her Neo-Aikido
and her Emotions.

Kaito Momota & Maki Harukawa
His Jacket is mostly from the space station he works
on. Kaito has his missions in Space, but he is always
happy to get back to his fiance Maki and her Orphange.
(hence the rings on both hands)
Shuichi and weirdly enough Oma both helped her to
get away from the assasins guilt.
(Oma mostly because he didn't want Maki to get in his way some how)
Maki now takes care of the place she grew up with and
even though she changed, she still keeps a knife
in the bag of her belt, for self defence and emergencies)
Also Kaitos hair still is capable of his old hair, but
for a sake of change, I kinda let his hair down here.
He mostly does both Hairstyles now.

Angie Yonaga
Her Island gave her lots of offerings so she
has a new outfit out of them.
She sells some of her paintings to museums,
because she wants to spread the will of Atua.
Also she visits Himiko and Tenko from time to
time, showing them her new paintings.
She grew attached to both of them and
that why she sometimes even tries to draw them.
But mostly she is trying to get more
Atua followers through her art.

Korekiyo Shinguji
He is also traveling a lot to find new artifacts
and became close friends with Rantaro, mostly
talking about Rantaros sisters.
He always returns, talking about the experiences
he made through his journey with the others,
to show them the beauty of traditions and Humanity.
I also talked to Vinkaler about him and
she said, he would have kinda have better control
of his sister side, but not completly.

Kirumi Tojo
Mostly still running her Maid buissness,
her hair grew a little bit longer but not much.
Rantaro and Gonat had to help her in one job, because
she didn't had enough butlers and Gonta
wanted to become a better Gentleman.
She also helped a catowner together with Ryoma
to find her 3 cats. Kirumi continues to server everyone
as much as she can, but thanks to Kaeda and Shuichi
she kinda realised, which tasks would help people the most.

Ryoma Hoshi
Thanks to Shuichi and Oma again, he got
out of Prison faster and started as a new Person.
He said he wouldn't focus much on his past anymore
and try to use his talent for good again.
Mostly through the encouragement of his friends.
And mostly through his friendship with Gonta and
Gundam, his heart also grew warmer and more open.

Gonta Gokuhara
Gontas outfit now involved into a stronger
site of both his character aspects, bugs and gentleman sides.
Also after this was taken, his shoes turned into ones
that free his toes. He asked Kirumi for training and
saw that top hats are gentlemanly, so he
wanted to mimik these gentlemans in magazines.
Gonta is still just a cinnamon role and
became more stronger through his friendships.
(the previously mentioned ones and Sakura and Nekomaru)

K1-B0
Most things I mentioned at Mius,
but Kiibo is still proud being a robot.
But he wanted to know how people would act
with him, when they think he is a human person.
So he put on a disguise and some skin make-up
to create this Illusion for one day.
He basically looks the same as before without this,
because he didn't age. But this is why I drew his face like this.

Shuichi Saihara & Kaede Akamatsu
Shuichi became the head of a detective agency
and learned a bit under Kyoko Kirigiri, meanwhile
Kaede continues to have big concerts.
I made shuichis outfit more like this,
because it looks like a more classy detective and
Kaede thought it looked good on him.
Kaedes Hair also grew a bit Longer, so Maki
told her to keep them in pigtails, so they
won't disturb her Piano playing.

These were only little ideas, hope you like them.
