Who is a father of shows like The Busy World of Richard Scarry, Are You Afraid of the Dark?, Arthur, Caillou, Mona the Vampire, Wimzie's House, Zoboomafoo, Postcards from Buster, The Doodlebops, Johnny Test, and many more. He's also the father of Cookie Jar Toons, The Jar, CJ, and Jaroo. He adopted Copyright Promotions Licencing Group (CPLG), DiC Kids Network, and KEWLoplis from DiC Entertainment when he retired in 2008 and renamed them Cookie Jar Kids Network and Cookie Jar TV. I also put its logo on here. He wears a red T-shirt with a cookie on it, blue jeans, with a yellow baseball cap, and yellow shoes.
