For the frames, I used Kolourpaint
(same thing as MS Paint, but for Linux)
and I used Gimp for animating the frames.
It takes a lot of trial and error and can
get pretty monotonous as well.

Indeed she does. Hakan is my favorite character in SF Universe because when I learnt that the first Turkish fighter would be coming to Street Fighter, I'm so flattered. And why not drawing her with that character's appearance, right? That's why I mixed her with my imagination.
