I feel like Inside Out and Steven Universe are very similar because of the Musical style, the Big success on ratings AND that some Gems resemble emotions.
Seeing Steven Sad has me thinking of either Lapis or Sapphire in his mind. Since Sapphire only has 1 eye (which is creepy for an emotion) and her element is Ice, i change it to Lapis Lazuli, which fits better, but she's too tall.
I apologize if you find my comment random, but i felt like bringing up about Sadness since i do compare SU and Ins. Out
