I still find it entertaining, but I can understand
modern audiences not getting it.
It's kinda dated by modern standards.
I enjoy trying new things in my fanart (it's easy
for me to get bored with drawing PPG only)
The 2007 movie was forgettable, but not an abomination.

Of course, had a certain "blockheaded boy obsessed with cartoons" growing up in the seventies never absorbed reruns of it, among other cartoons, he wouldn't have gained a fraction of the flair in his own sensibility to inform his own cartoons. (Get the hint?)

(Fun Fact: The Underdog movie was the first film adaptation of a sixties cartoon produced by Disney in ten years, after George of the Jungle and Mr. Magoo. And it was directed by Frederik Du Chau, credited also for directing Quest For Camelot and Racing Stripes. Ironic, no?)
Anyway, last week the first issue of a new Underdog comic book was supposed to debut on Free Comic Book Day. That's what made me curious about your sudden admittance to being an Underdog fan. I wasn't sure if you knew that, and if that was the catalyst for you to make and post fan art.
