THIS IS THE BIGGEST EVIDENCE THAT HRE IS Germany himself!!
I cropped it directly from the hetalia manga on volume 4 "Frantic Awesome me" part, first page!
When I saw it, I was like
I saw many people on YT, saying HRE Is NOT Germany, but here is the evidence, espically that this WASN'T SHOWN IN THE ANIME!!!
Prussia and Germany are brothers, little prussia didn't get along with anyone except for Germany, seeing him smiling at HRE, means that He's Germany himself!

I-I'm sorry if you won't listen to me on this, but HimaPapa made it official a couple months ago that HRE and Germany are not the same person. HRE was killed when he was in war with France (it says it in his character bio), but Prussia found ChibiGermany in the woods one day when he was upset about loosing his brother. He deamed him his brother when they met so technically Prussia and Germany are not direct blood brothers, HRE and Prussia were. Prussia adopted ChibiGermany as his brother because he looked like HRE, wanting to believe HRE was still alive.

NOPE! Actually you are wrong. Yes you are right about the whole death thing, But that was a deleted!!!! strip. If you look on HOLY ROMES BIO on the wiki. It says so that France was gonna tell Italy that he was dead. He even drew and was gonna post it. He had other plans so so he didn't. It is a deleted strip. HRE IS STILL ALIVE if you don't believe me, here it is
- In a scrapped scene by Himaruya,Β France Β breaks the news of HRE's death to an older Italy and tells him to forget about him (as he's suffered enough in the war).
SEE SCRAPPED!! He didn't die. Thats all. Thank you

Lol. I think Himaruya specifically makes the HRE=Germany thing very, very vague. This is not proof. It's encouraging if you believe in it, but if you don't, it barely even counts. There is strong historical support for your theory, but there's also a lot of very real cultural and historical support that he's not. Prussia, for one, was never part of the Holy Roma Empire. Brandenburg, though, paid tribute like a fiefdom to HRE. Brandenburg being the, ugh, ruling city of Prussia? This stuff is complicated as hell, mind, I'm not sure I have the details down entirely. Prussia's freaking impossible to pin down until he became a kingdom. but Prussia's a Polish vasal, a Swedish vasal, a fief of HRE, a duchy and an area (that overlaps the duchy, but isn't entirely the same). Since I assume Prussia in Hetalia would be all of these... You could see where the confusion stems from.
Additionally, HRE was a lot more than the Germanic states. It encompassed Spain and Hungary and part of Northern Italy as well (not as much as Hetalia would have you believe). Additionally, modern Germany probably doesn't want to be associated with an empire that encouraged (not to say started) all of the crusades, not to mention the 30-years-war and, well... it's not entirely coupled with good things, you know.
Regardless, I believe Himaruya will keep it vague, allow those who wants to believe, to believe and allow those who do not, not to believe. I don't think there will ever be a comic where you see HRE turning into Germany or Prussia verbally acknowledging that they're one and the same, the only proof someone who doesn't already believe in this would ever accept.
Personally, I don't really care, since it makes no difference either way

Theres another official comic I've seen that had it not been for the caption under HRE saying that it was HRE, I would have mistaken him for Germany because of his looks and the way he was trying to conduct the meeting between the other Germanic states.
