I think you could have done a much better job. though I'm not sure what inspired its style.
Your face is good, the whole head looks great, but the rest of the body has a hint a manliness and is very blocky. perhaps if it was smoother it would have more of a sassy but bad a** feel to it. I don't know if you meant for the hands to be big to imply that she is a large woman, but the hands look pretty manly because they are not slender and because she has short fingernails, it also makes her very manly.
Your torso without the arms is very nice too. because it looks like you were going with a more strong look and yet its feminine.
her left leg looks a bit twisted.
But, I'm sure its what the one who requested it wanted, this is just one opinion
