Description
So I had this idea of a photo that was fun to do, so I asked a friend to help me by standing there with the postcard in her hand.
This is my submission to the Contest "Time Freeze " held by #Water-And-Nature-Art .

First, I think you should blur out the picture, not the Eiffel. It makes an unbalanced picture now. Try to blur out all the picture except the Eiffel and you will get it right as you want and the others want.
Second, Edit the photo first with some amazingly beautiful effect, you can search some tutorial to do that. Or maybe the simple one like BW the picture to make it the same like the postcard.
Third, The picture in the hand look does not fit with the picture, not about the BW, but the picture is too far from the camera.
Fourth, Keep learning! You know that you can take a better picture than this.

Vision: The idea you were aiming for here is wonderful. I love seeing the contrast between how the Eiffel Tower was back when photographs were black and white (I have no idea when that postcard was taken).
Originality: `BenHeine did a huge series of Pencil vs Camera which this reminds me a lot of. Though it's more Postcard vs. Camera. Perhaps if you expanded this series, it could be wonderful! Contrasting between what a postcard promises you, and the reality of the area.
Technique: Whilst this is a really love photograph, there are a few areas which I think could be improved.
Firstly, it's a shame that we can see where you have folded the poscard, plus the fold isn't perfect either. Next time, perhaps either try cutting the postcard (ideally in a guillotine to make it straight) or using the entire thing - though that would give you the problem of the white border.
Secondly, I would've liked to see the real Eiffel Tower in focus. That would have looked fantastic, as if it was really growing out of the postcard. It's alignment could do with a little work, but I suppose most of that stems from the fact that the Eiffel Tower is blurred.
I do love the clouds though! They look so painted and fairy-tail-like.
Impact: Overall this is a fantastic concept, but could do with a few more technical changes here and there, just to make it perfect.

I recently saw an entire series related to this and really enjoyed it, so this is really beautiful. I think the scale of the bottom of the tower could be expanded a little to match the tower.
