Was ever clarified if the protoype which escaped from that factory was T-elos? their hairs look the same, and the idea is not absurde at all.

True...I've found very few Kos-mos design sketches on the net. Especially "minor" variations like the Prototype

Sweet. I always get creeped out by that scene when she first 'wakes up' and you can hear those beeps and whirring and clicking and then her head jerks around 360 degrees like Linda Blair in The Exorcist, and then she pounces on that U-TIC guy and then it's Carnage Fest.
I like the red glow of her eye through the headgear.

Yeah...I don't recall that glow during the game...It was a little add-on of mine. I thought it made her look creepier.

She ran amok because her moron sensors went crazy. i.e. her sensors picked up Kevin.
